So Happy For Kathy....

Isn't this just the sweetest card. It was inspired by Lynn Pratt's card on SCS. Kathy (one 0f my stamp club members) is sending this lovely card to her son and daughter-in-law. Brian and Amy have announced they are going to have a little one in November.

Lots of love and kisses to the new Grandma and Grandpa and, of course, to Brian and Amy.

A member of my Love To Ink group, Shannon, makes these beautiful name frames.

Shannon creates these wonderful works of art as commissionable pieces. Her work is both unique and personal and can be produced for you and your requirements.

Here is a card made with the wheat from Autumn Days and the grass stalks from Inspired By Nature.

If you noticed, I left a small portion of the bottom of the So Saffron open so that I can stamp a sentiment at a later date.

I Am So Excited....

I am so excited. Join me in West Springfield, MA for one of the largest rubber stamp conventions around! Many vendors, including me, will be there to show the latest and greatest new items in the rubber stamping world. Special promotions, old/retired stamp sets for sale, and a great make-n-take will all be at my booth! I will also be teaching a mini workshop on Saturday and Sunday. The dotted background is from the Dot, Dot, Dot small background stamp set in the Occasions Mini.

Brocade Blue was used with Whisper White along with a clear rhinestone brad and white organza ribbon. Brocade Blue will be retiring in a few months.

Another Project From Group Meeting

Awash With Flowers is the new set coming in the new Idea Book and Catalog in July. However, from now until the end of April, Stampin' Up! is offering this set to you for $39.95.

After April 30th, you will need to wait until the new Idea Book and Catalog comes out to purchase this set.

Love To Ink Group Meeting Project

One of the cards we made at our group meeting included using the Mostly Vintage Decor Stencil. These stencils are wonderful, in that, you can make cards with them or use them to stencil on walls or objects. The neat thing about this new stencil available with the Summer Mini Catalog is that it has a positive and a negative.

We also used the NEW! Presto Patterns Designer Series Paper and the NEW! Smooch Spritz.

Vellum Shadow

We did this card at one of my past Technique Geek Classes a few months ago. I love working with vellum and especially liked this particular card.

The base is So Saffron cardstock. It pairs well with Kraft (which is being renamed, Crumb Cake). The brad in the center of the flower is from the Circle Fire Brads collection. The sentiment is from Thank You Kindly. The ink is Basic Gray and Whisper White Craft Ink.
