Sending this to one of my club members who just lost her grandmother. I used Raining Flowers and Petite Pairs along with Pocketful Of Posies Designer Series Paper

Welcome, Baby!

This card was created for a customer of mine who just had a baby girl. Besides the Baby Tee Jumbo Wheel, I used Petite Pairs for the sentiment and punched it out with Stampin' Up's Postage Punch.

Another card made with Sail Away. However, I added this sentiment from Word Play. This would make a great graduation card, also.

This Nautical Expedition Designer Series Paper is really suited to the "always difficult" masculine card. I added the sentiment from the Word Play Stamp Set.

Sail Away Card Camp

I don't know about you, but I find masculine cards quite a challenge. To solve this dilemma, join me on July 28th at 6:30 pm or July 30th at 10 am for a quick and easy card class using the Sail Away Stamp and the Nautical Expedition Designer Series Paper.

The class fee is $25 and includes the Sail Away Stamp, 1/2 packet of Nautical Expeditions Designer Series Paper and 4 cards with envelopes. Cards are shown without sentiments, However, you will be able to add a sentiment at class.

One Long Table

This is not stamping related, however, I wanted to share with you something that my husband and I did on Sunday.

We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared farm dinner out on Cape Cod at Bay End Farm. It was a beautiful collaboration between Bay End Farm in Buzzards Bay, The Blue Room Restaurant in Cambridge and Central Bottle in Central Square, all in Massachusetts.
The food was all picked fresh that day on the farm with The Blue Room providing the chefs and servers for the day. Central Bottle provided the wine pairings.

All the food outside of the farm is locally sourced. There was literally "one long table" for about 44 people right in the field under some beautiful shade trees. We enjoyed meeting some new folks, as well. Our daughter, who manages The Blue Room, introduced us to this concept a while ago and we were finally able to participate. We are looking forward to enjoying another dinner in the future.

Many farms are starting to host this kind of event. It is a terrific way to eat locally and try some great dishes prepared by an assortment of chefs as well. So, look for one near you. You won't be disappointed.

Animal Stories

I know that Animal Stories retired, however, a customer came over who has Republican ties and wanted something for thank you notes. I used the kissing technique with the Solid Stripes single stamp in Real Red, Itty Bitty Bits in Night Of Navy and Thank You Kindly in Night Of Navy. She wanted to change the "A Note Of Thanks" to "A Vote Of Thanks". I think it is quite clever.

All supplies except Animal Stories are current.
