Love that Newsprint Designer Series Paper. Again, I Versamarked and embossed with clear embossing powder, the pitcher image on Very Vanilla and sponge daubered around with Crumb Cake. (formerly Kraft)

Playing around with Studio Sketches and the fruit motif from this set.

I embossed with Versamark and used a sponge dauber to add ink to the outer edges. A to Z was used for the background.

Studio Sketches

This adorable card would be a perfect complement to a bottle of wine as a wine tag. The card was made with the Square Scallop Die. I used Greenhouse Gala Designer Series Paper. The images lend themselves nicely to coloring with either Stampin' Up's Blender Pens or Aqua Painters

Paper Daisies

I used these last weekend for a project that I am working on. They are super duper to use with our Aqua Painters and Refill inks.

Use our Whisper White cotton flowers to quickly add a floral flair. You can color them, dye them, or stamp on them.

Boy Is It Hot Here....

It has been extremely hot here in Southern New England for a week or so. Even the honeybees are hanging on their front porch. I have to say that Stampin' Up's Definitely Decorative Vinyl Art has held up wonderfully outside in the heat and of course, our New England winters. They have been on for over a year now.

These Ginormous Flowers are retired, but I am thinking of adding more hives and using other images from the Definitely Decorative Catalog.

Look What I Got?!

Okay! Okay! I finally took the plunge and got clear mount blocks and stamps. I used the clear mounts stamps at my upline's meeting in May and totally fell in love. I remember one of my stamp club members asking if I was going to buy them and I said, "Probably not!" I guess you can never say, "Never!" Now, off to play!

Technique Geeks-Two Toned Embossing

While we are waiting for the new 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalog to go LIVE, I wanted to share a technique that we did at our Technique Geek class in June.

It is called Two-Toned Embossing. The following card is made with Blush Blossom, however, our new In Color, Blushing Bride would be a wonderful color to work with.
